About the Author
Dr Lakshmi Ramachandran is a Keynote Speaker, and ICF-certified Coach focused on developing early career professionals in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields as effective future-ready leaders. She has a doctorate in Cell and Molecular Biology and spent 20 years in diverse science careers such as academic and industry research, science communication and research programme management before pivoting to the leadership and professional development space.
Dr Ramachandran attributes her passion to support women in STEM to her own career journey marked by multiple challenges such as career breaks, career reinvention and self-doubt, which she navigated through resilience, adaptability and self-awareness.
She is the Co-Founder of the Enoughness Mindset coaching and training programme, enabling high achievers and leaders to overcome the imposter syndrome and achieve a state of self-adequacy.
Dr Lakshmi lives in Singapore with her husband and two young boys. She has published an award-winning memoir cookbook, Roomies/Foodies.
