Allison Bertoni is so passionate about personal and professional growth and development, that she is a self-proclaimed Lifelong Learner!
She is a female2female workplace bullying advocate and educator. She has over twenty years in the public and private sectors. Allison has worked across multiple industries including, Government, Aerospace, Event Management, and Manufacturing.
Allison holds a Graduate Certificate in Business (Philanthropy and Non-Profit Organisations), Diploma of Event Management, Certificate IV in Leadership & Management, and is a recognised Credentialled Professional Coach*.
As both a victim and survivor, she is on a mission to inspire women to speak out about female2female bullying.
She actively works with bullied females to transition from victim to victor; and more than that, is working extensively with executives, leaders, and teams with the vision to educate and eradicate this silent killer in their workplace.
