Former Ambassador Judit Pach is a senior executive and former diplomat with experience spanning international relations, government, strategic communications, energy, and business development across Europe and Asia.

She currently serves as Advisor to the CEO of MET Asia Energy, the Asian platform of MET Group, a Swiss integrated energy company, where she supports the company’s expansion in Asia, focusing on energy markets, partnerships, investments, and strengthening commercial linkages between Asia and Europe.

Prior to joining the private sector, Judit served for over a decade as Hungary’s Ambassador in Southeast Asia, including as Hungarian Ambassador to Indonesia, Timor-Leste and ASEAN, and later Hungarian Ambassador to Singapore and Brunei Darussalam, where she strengthened bilateral political, economic, scientific, and innovation ties. She also served as Governor and Executive Committee Member of the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF).

Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles within the Hungarian government, with responsibilities spanning strategic communications, international relations, economic diplomacy, and business development.

Her contributions have been recognized through awards from Hungary’s government and state decorations from Lithuania, Belgium, and Poland. Alongside her professional work, Judit actively mentors women leaders and supports youth empowerment and sustainability initiatives.
