Nikki Davies is the founder of CoNEXTion, a consulting and coaching business that focuses on building resilience and inclusion for individuals and organisations. Recently, she successfully spearheaded the production of the Jungle Island Music Festival, combining her passion for music and live events.
With almost three decades of professional experience, Nikki started her career as an educational entrepreneur in Hong Kong during the 90s. She later transitioned to the HR financial services sector, assuming roles with Asian and gGlobal responsibilities at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Her corporate journey concluded with Prudential plc, where she held the global role of Group Diversity & Inclusion Director.
Nikki is a Certified Mental Health First Aider and the Board Chair of Inspiring Girls Hong Kong. This registered charity empowers girls in their career development, particularly those from disadvantaged and marginalised backgrounds.
