Shelley Boland is the Global Head of Corporate Real Estate and Services (CRES) for Standard Chartered, overseeing the Bank’s real estate strategy and portfolio. As part of the Strategy & Talent Management Team, she has extensive Corporate Real Estate experience in driving workplace, sustainability, supply chain and retail strategy to maximise commercial value to deliver tangible value for the Bank’s colleagues, clients and communities.

Joining the Bank in 2015, Shelley was previously the Head of CRES, Asia & Consumer, Wealth & Retail Banking drawing on her international retail experience across geographies. With her strong regional knowledge, Shelley has also led CRES for the Greater China, North Asia (GCNA) region.

Prior to Standard Chartered, Shelley was at Macquarie Bank focused on enabling results amongst diverse businesses, in response to market and real estate challenges. During this tenure, Shelley held several executive roles in Banking and Financial Services, Funds Management, M&A, Global Business Services, Sourcing & Procurement, Technology and Real Estate.

With a background in both business and functional roles, Shelley has been able to build a global career across the US, UK, Germany, South Africa, Australia, and Asia.
