Sharon Orapeleng is a Botswana-born, Brisbane-based mental health professional and social entrepreneur renowned for her transformative work in cultural inclusion and psychosocial safety. 

​Currently, Sharon serves as a Director within the Mental Health Branch of the Queensland Government, leading a strategic policy team focused on the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people. 

In tandem, she is the Principal Consultant and founder of Psyched Solutions. Through this consultancy, she provides accredited training, cultural assessments, and strategic advice to organizations seeking to manage psychosocial hazards and foster inclusive workplace environments. Her expertise is frequently sought for keynote speaking and high-level advocacy, particularly regarding the systemic barriers faced by marginalized groups.
