CURRENCY, TAX:

• International Invoicing & Currency: All foundational fees are structured in USD. For non-US participants (including Australian and Singaporean residents), the equivalent amount in your local currency (e.g., AUD or SGD) will be calculated and invoiced based on the prevailing market exchange rate at the exact time of invoice generation.
• Tax Disclosure: Invoices are issued by our Singapore corporate entity. For Australian event attendees, fees are exempt from Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) as the operator’s local turnover falls below the statutory Australian registration threshold.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND:

• Withdrawals: Entrants may withdraw their nomination at any stage of the evaluation process by submitting a formal written request via email to shikha@globalinfluencers.sg.
• Strict No-Refund Policy: Upon payment of any Winners Event & Marketing Package, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawals, non-attendance, or change of mind.
• Organiser Cancellation Exception: In the event that a physical or virtual ceremony is entirely cancelled by the Organiser due to operational shifts or unforeseen circumstances—and no alternative format or rescheduled date is provided—a full refund of the paid package fees will be issued to the recipient.

ENTRY SUBMISSION COMPLIANCE

• Criteria Realignment: Every submission must accurately, comprehensively, and directly address the specific criteria outlined within the official entry template. The judging panel retains the absolute authority to apply a lower evaluation score, or completely disqualify a submission if it fails to align with the core requirements.
• Requests for Supplementary Evidence: The judging panel reserves the right to request additional clarifying information or supporting documentation from an entrant during the review phase. If this requested data is not furnished within the strict timeframe provided, the judges maintain the authority to penalise the entry with a lower score or issue an immediate disqualification.
• Judicial Visibility & Data Minimisation: To safeguard highly sensitive trade secrets or classified commercial data, entrants are kindly requested to refrain from including unnecessary confidential parameters within their submission text. All data provided inside the standard entry form will be made fully visible to the auditing panel during the judging stages.
• Strict Prohibition of Marketing Copy: Submissions must remain factual, evidence-based, and objective. Entrants must avoid including irrelevant fluff or using the submission questions as a marketing platform to promote general company credentials, sales brochures, or unrelated service capabilities.

SUBMISSION FORMATS & SPECIFICATIONS

Strict compliance with all specified formats, dimensions, and file size limits for the entry submission paper, images, and supporting materials is mandatory. The entrant bears sole responsibility for adhering strictly to these submission guidelines. Failure to comply with the required specifications may result in a lower evaluation score from the judging panel or immediate disqualification.

SUBMISSION CREDITS

All identification data provided in the credits section of the entry form—including full names, corporate designations, and company names—must be entirely accurate.
• Data Utilisation: These exact credits will be utilised across all official awards presentations, custom trophy engravings, and promotional publications.
• Post-Submission Modifications: Once the entry form is finalised and submitted, the credits are locked.
• Administrative Change Fee: Any formal request for credit modifications made prior to the conclusion of the event will undergo strict evaluation by the Organiser. If approved, an administrative fee will be charged to process the changes.
• Post-Event Finality: Once the awards event has concluded, absolutely no alterations to trophy or publication credits will be permitted under any circumstances.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

Unless explicitly marked and labeled as “Confidential,” no submitted entries or accompanying supporting documentation will be treated as confidential information.
• Data Redaction: If specific segments of the written entry paper or supporting documents contain proprietary or sensitive data requiring confidentiality, the entrant must clearly highlight those specific sections in red text and check the designated confidentiality box on the online submission portal.
• Media & Publishing Rights: The Organiser retains the absolute right to publish general, non-confidential information regarding the entries in any relevant industry publications, press releases, and marketing materials.
• Statutory Disclosures: The entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Organiser may disclose confidential information contained within an entry if required to do so to comply with valid legal processes, governmental regulations, or the statutory laws of Singapore.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

To ensure an equitable evaluation process, the online entry form, primary written submission paper, and all accompanying supporting materials, audio files, or video submissions must be presented entirely in the English language. Failure to provide materials in English may result in immediate rejection during the preliminary screening phase.

DEADLINES & PROCESSING

Entrants must finalize and upload their submissions before the designated official deadlines. This timeline ensures ample operational buffering for the Organiser to process entries and resolve any technical issues before materials advance to the preliminary judging panel. Failure to submit materials prior to the closing deadline will lead to immediate disqualification.

ENTRY ALTERATIONS

Once an entry has been officially submitted on the digital platform, the submission is considered final. Entrants are locked from making self-directed changes to the credits, written summaries, supporting materials, images, or video files. Any critical emergency changes requested post-submission must be emailed to the Organiser for manual review and require formal prior approval.

JUDGING PROCESS

The independent judging panel is responsible for determining which entries are shortlisted and selected as category winners. All evaluations are based solely on the data and documentation provided within the initial submission form. The decisions made by the judging panel are final. Neither the Organiser nor the judging panel will enter into correspondence, discussions, or appeals regarding the results.

WITHDRAWAL

If an Entrant wishes to withdraw an entry at any time during the process, the Entrant must notify the Organiser by email to shikha@globalinfluencers.sg

DISPUTES & REVOCATION

In the event of a formal complaint, allegation, or dispute raised against any shortlisted or winning entry, the Organiser retains the absolute authority to suspend or withdraw the entry if a violation of regulations is found.
• To thoroughly investigate disputes, the Organiser will request comprehensive verification documentation from all involved parties (including the complainant and the entrant).
• It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to address the matter and cooperate fully by providing the requested documentation within the specified timeframe.
• If the complaint is upheld or if the entrant fails to cooperate, the Organiser reserves the right to revoke the award title, trophy, and associated marketing benefits without a refund.
• Any formal legal dispute, litigation, or contract breach regarding the program or its fees shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, Singapore Jurisdiction.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Influencers, Kit Kat Events & Marketing, and their directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal fees), and damages arising from the entrant’s breach of any representation, warranty, or policy contained within these Terms and Conditions.
1. Entrant Liability: The entrant is not permitted to exclude or restrict their liability, including any damage caused to the goodwill and commercial reputation of the Organiser, under these Terms and Conditions.
2. Consequential Loss: The Organiser will not be held liable to the entrant—whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise—for any consequential, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
3. Liability Cap: Except for instances of gross negligence or willful misconduct, the Organiser’s maximum aggregate financial liability to the entrant under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall strictly not exceed the total package fees actually paid by the entrant for their relevant package selection.

PUBLICATION & MEDIA RIGHTS

The Organiser retains the right and discretion to publish submitted entries, either in their entirety or in part, as industry case studies, educational material, or for promotional purposes across digital and print media channels. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to explicitly identify and mark any confidential or commercially sensitive information within their submission to protect it from publication.
