About the Author
Aradhna Dayal is the founder and CEO of Access Alts Asia, a Hong Kong-based investment club that aims to bring global investors and technology to Asia. She also manages her family office investing in real estate, technology and healthcare.
Aradhna was the first female Chief Investment Officer in Asia, setting up her family office in Hong Kong 25 years ago. A power networker, she pioneered the “Asia-Global Summit.”
She is passionate about women’s empowerment and building a diverse inclusive society. She chairs Women on Boards, a powerful network of women leaders from around the world to mentor female talent in boardrooms.
In 2020 Aradhna was invited by The Milken Institute and former US Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright, to lead a discussion on mentoring Future Women Leaders in Abu Dhabi.
In recognition of her work, Aradhna was awarded the American Chamber of Commerce “Women of Influence” Award.
