About The Author
Born in Monterrey, Mexico, Aydeli Rios Vazquez is a Mexican-German professional with 30 years of experience in education and corporate training. Her work with multicultural teams across America, Europe, and the Middle East has enhanced her intercultural competencies, motivating her to advocate for skills that promote a diverse and inclusive society.
In 2017, Aydeli founded Guapalita Empowering Equality, a social organization that co-creates opportunities for developing inclusive feminine leadership. In 2024, she launched Inspirisa by Guapalita, a digital platform committed to achieving Vision 2030 goals by certifying inclusive global leaders within organizations in the Middle East.
Aydeli holds a B.A. in International Relations and master’s degrees in Psycho-Pedagogy and Digital Project Management. She is currently working on her thesis in Adult Education at the University of Tübingen.
As a mother of two young men, Aydeli embraces continuous learning. Since August 2022, she has been living in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with her husband, son, and cats.
