Cindy Tse is the Director of Cabin Services at Sino Jet, where she leads a team of highly trained cabin crew in providing world-class in-flight hospitality to discerning clientele. In this position, she oversees all aspects of cabin operations, including service standards, crew training, and the procurement and maintenance of on-board amenities.
Before assuming her current role, Cindy founded Sino Jet Academy, one of the few institutions offering specialized certification programs for private aviation. As Founder and Principal, she developed the curriculum and implemented industry-leading best practices in cabin crew training, inflight catering, and passenger experience.
Cindy has helped numerous clients optimize operations, enhance their service offerings, and drive continuous improvement. Her commitment to hospitality education extends to her role as an Adjunct Lecturer at HKU SPACE, where she teaches butler services and culinary courses for crew, equipping them with essential skills to excel in the private aviation industry.
