About The Author
Etti Seppä is an accomplished and passionate innovation professional. Originally from Pori, a small city in the Finnish countryside, she has lived in France, Italy, and now Singapore. Etti currently leads innovation activities at KONE across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa, collaborating with businesses, customers, and partners.
She holds a BBA and an International MBA (2010, 2012), is a certified Scrum Master (2017), and has served as a start-up advisor (2020-2021). Furthermore, in 2023, she graduated with a second master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Despite her numerous qualifications, Etti considers her core strengths to be behavioural rather than technical. She embodies courage in her approach to new challenges, embraces ambiguity, and learns quickly. For her, it is essential to focus energy on things that truly matter and hold value.
