She is a well-rounded global HR/Talent Leader with over 15 years experience in strategising, designing, leading and delivering large scale operational and talent initiatives.
Ghenwa is first a human, then a leadership coach, an epigrammatist, strategic thinker, and a futurist as well as a strategic HR professional with experience across various industries and countries.
She is a passionate and strong advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and equal representation of genders across organisations. Ghenwa is focused on strategising, developing and retaining diverse talent and help build an environment that cultivates inclusion and belonging whilst building capabilities and transforming organisations into talent factories.
