Iman Cheffi

About The Author

Iman Cheffi, a Bahraini national with Tunisian heritage, holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from FMS. With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade in general practice, general surgery, and urology, she has made significant contributions to healthcare in Bahrain.

 

In 2017, Iman made a conscious decision to transition to emergency medicine, motivated by her passion for the specialty’s dynamic and fast-paced environment. Her focus on geriatric patients stems from her belief that each case is unique, requiring empathy, understanding, and personalized care.

 

In 2022, Iman faced a major challenge post-stroke, sparking a journey of resilient recovery. This experience emphasized patient-centered care importance. Iman also holds a Professional Diploma in Older Person Medicine from RCPI and is a certified trainer through the American GTB. She also possesses a Clinical Psychology Professional Doctorate from the Nevada Institute.
