Magdalena Poulin is a recognised expert on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with extensive experience building global and regional strategies for multinational organisations.She helps organisations create inclusive cultures and systemic and sustainable changes.
She frequently speaks on transforming organisations and teams through active allyship, belonging, mentorship, change management, inclusive leadership, intersectionality and creating shared value.
Her international career, culturally diverse family and experiences of exclusion stemming from an intersection of her cultural heritage, linguistic background, gender, age, family, and caregiver status, inspire her keynotes and provide a catalyst for social change.
Magdalena designed Diversity & Inclusion strategies and large-scale programmes at AIG, HP, and EMC and is currently based at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. She is a co-founding member of KeyNote Women, she leads the KeyNote Oceania chapter and volunteers at a Polish Community Language School in Sydney.
