Padma Priya Saraswatula (Priya) has nearly three decades of experience delivering solutions to complex business problems by developing platforms, collaborating with global stakeholders, and managing large teams. She is currently a Partner at IBM Consulting, India South Asia. Priya has held leadership roles at major firms, including India Head and Head of Data at Visible Alpha (S&P), COO at AXA Business Services overseeing the Global Automation Centre of Excellence, IT, PMO, and Facilities; Head of Business Development at Societe Generale; India Head of Global Markets Technology at Nomura; and Head of Portfolio Management Technology at Lehman Brothers.
Priya is a recipient of multiple leadership and diversity awards, including the prestigious Global Woman of Influence Awards 2025 and Corporate Leadership Award, Indian Women Achievers 2024. She is a certified Executive Coach and mentor to over 100 women professionals over 15 years. She also co-authored, Amazon No.1 bestseller Shaken, Stirred but Not Deterred Vol.3.
