About the Author
Tina Sharma is a highly motivated individual with extensive experience as a leader in Human Resources (HR). She leads HR for a bank in Singapore. She is a strong believer in the ability of HR to strategically impact and be a driver of business beyond its conventional role.
Whether it is discovering groundbreaking new HR strategies, eliminating traditional biases against women in the work-force, improving employee engagement, or getting more women into the workforce, as an HR leader Tina is making a difference every day.
She is an active speaker at various HR forums, seminars, and universities, allowing her to share the knowledge gained from her vast experience to groom, motivate, and mentor young HR talent. She is also a Senior Board Adviser with Singapore Human Resource magazine.
Originally from India, Tina has lived in Singapore for 16 years with her husband and two lovely children.
