About the Author
Amrita Mukherjee was born in Kolkata, and raised in Chennai where she pursued her schooling. She holds a degree in Management and specialises in Branding Strategies, and corporate tie-ups. She has worked with multiple multinational corporations in a variety of roles. Currently she is pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition and People Management.
Amrita has a passion for singing and has sung for many charitable events across the USA. She is also a voracious reader and an avid traveller.
Writing short poems and shayaris (Hindi/Urdu) is another passion dear to her heart and is something she has pursued since childhood.
Amrita now resides in New Jersey and is keenly involved in the Bengali community and cultural organisations focusing on community development and keeping in touch with her Bengali roots.
