Elaine Rodrigo is doing her ‘dream job’ at Reckitt, as Chief Insights & Analytics Officer. She leads both the consumer insights and data analytics teams across the entire organisation.
She has more than 20 years of experience transforming insights functions in the FMCG industry across multinational corporations including Reckitt, Danone and Mondelez/Kraft Foods, and global research agencies. Living and working in Singapore, Australia, UK and France, has equipped her with the agility to pivot and transform organisations, even in an ever-changing and ambiguous corporate environment.
In addition to her day job, Elaine sits on the Board of a Swedish tech start-up and is a mother to two beautiful, free-thinking daughters. Never forgetting her academic roots, Elaine has a PhD in Marketing from Monash University in Australia, where she is also a Fellow, and works closely with Oxford University as part of their Future of Marketing Initiative (FOMI).
