Jude Lunny is an educator and survivor of drink-spiking rape and is passionate about empowering other survivors to own their own healing.
She is a mum of three young adults and grew up in a coastal country town. Drink-spiking and rape were not something she thought she’d ever need to protect herself against, especially not at 44.
Her lived experience has put her on a path of raising awareness of drink spiking and the many types of traumas it can involve. She understands the immediate impact and the ongoing suffering such an event can have on your physical and mental health.
Jude now educates others to understand what processes are available, how self-focus can support a less traumatic experience, and that learning to Own Your Own Healing can help to navigate the challenges your specific trauma can present.
