Lissy Ann Puno is a Counselling Psychologist and Co-Founder of the International Counselling & Psychology Centre, a leading mental health private practice in Singapore offering counselling and psychotherapy. She has 30 years of experience working in psychological health and emotional well-being in the United States, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore, where she is a sought-after clinician and speaker.
She is an avid workshop presenter bringing people closer together through the Getting the Love You Want workshop for couples and the Connected Parents, Thriving Kids workshop for parents. As an author, Lissy has launched several books on relationship wellness and creating strong marriages beginning with Affairs Don’t Just Happen, Stay Connected and Couple Goals.
Lissy aims to inspire others to maintain meaningful connections with the people in their life, enabling them to navigate the journey with a joyful purpose. She is a “connected-nester” with her husband of 33 years, managing her “commuter family” with two adult children.
