Through South Africa Scream Pty Ltd, a consultancy she founded, she empowers other activists to get into social entrepreneurship and ensures organizations address diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), as well as gender-based violence (GBV).
As a prolific social entrepreneur, Monica leads businesses that foster innovation and opportunity. She champions marginalized voices and creates pathways out of poverty through skills training and community initiatives.
