Natalie has a diverse background spanning 24 years in the public and private sectors. Natalie has worked across several industries, including Travel, Recruitment, Consulting, Training, Facilities and Marketing and Advertising. She holds a Master of Practitioner of Coaching.
As the CEO and founder of You Are Seen, she possesses an undeniable dedication to ensuring all mums who walk the autism journey are fully supported and taken care of. Natalie’s son was diagnosed at age two and was nonverbal until he was four. At the age of eight, he is just beginning to use sentences.
Natalie is passionate about navigating mums through feeling helpless and hopeless and emerging through the autism vortex.
