Neelam Harjani is the founder of Inspire Yoga, operating in Hong Kong since 2011 with a vision of “providing an antidote for fast paced city life” through personalised onsite programs of yoga and mindfulness.
In Hong Kong Neelam has been invited to counsel government statutory and advisory bodies in wellness, female empowerment and multicultural inclusion.
Previously an investment banker, she structures her mind-body paradigms with science and experience, taking an integrative approach to release occupational tension and connect with holistic health, physical, mental and emotional.
Having more than 20 years of experience in yoga, Neelam has formulated a system that draws attention to our intentions, launching the “Transforming Stress to Success” online learning course to provide support to the global community amidst COVID-19.
Her journey and somatic techniques have been published on SCMP and Asian Entrepreneur highlighting personal anecdotes of how a shift in mindset releases suppressed tightness and delivers tremendous energy in her clients.
Neelam Harjani is the co-author of the book #MyVoice - A Collective Memoir by Women of Substance (Vol-I). Her chapter is "Finding Your Freedom."
