A mother of four, entrepreneur, speaker, mentor, and ecosystem builder, Aminata Dramé has dedicated her life’s work to one powerful conviction: that women deserve the tools, community, and confidence to thrive. Her journey as an African woman entrepreneur navigating cultures and continents reflects extraordinary resilience, adaptability, and vision.

She is the founder of Women Impact Club and Women Impact Consulting W.L.L in Bahrain, a thriving ecosystem dedicated to entrepreneurship, mentorship, and leadership development for women. In 2025 alone, she organised more than 50 curated business, networking, and wellbeing experiences, uniting women from diverse industries and nationalities.

Aminata has empowered more than 1,000 women entrepreneurs in Bahrain and previously founded a women-centred NGO in Senegal with over 7,000 members, reflecting her enduring commitment to social impact. She is also the founder of My ROOTS BH, a wellness brand rooted in African traditions, promoting holistic living and cultural representation internationally. Having represented Bahrain in China through the Eurasian Women Empowerment Entrepreneurship Programme, Aminata stands as a compelling and inspiring voice for women globally.
