H.E. Ambassador Francisca Kemi Omayuli is the Head of the High Commission of Nigeria in Singapore. She entered the Nigerian Foreign Service in 2001 and throughout her career, Ambassador Kemi has held various significant positions in Nigerian embassies around the world, including Israel, Venezuela, Democratic Republic of Congo and Zimbabwe.

In addition to her overseas postings, Ambassador Omayuli served as Deputy Director and Head of the Crisis Monitoring and Public Communications Division, as well as Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A generalist by training, she has contributed to various departments within the Ministry, including the Legal and Treaties Division and the European Affairs Division.

In 2024, she was appointed as Chargé d’Affaires en titre of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Singapore, further solidifying her commitment to advancing Nigeria’s diplomatic relationships. Ambassador Omayuli is also dedicated to empowering women, recognising the importance of gender equality in diplomatic spaces and beyond. Her leadership reflects a profound dedication to creating opportunities and fostering an inclusive environment where women can thrive.
