Meditation and mindfulness help kids balance and calm, better deal with their emotions and boost self-esteem.
This fun class guides your child through mindfulness exercises, a short guided meditation, and a creative drawing element, to help them ground what they see in the meditation and create positive intentions for empowerment. This class ’sets seeds’ for positivity and well-being.
*Meditation & Mindfulness for Empowerment: age 10-13 years*
Meditation and mindfulness help us balance and calm, better deal with emotions and boost self-esteem. It can help us feel comfortable in who we are and our place in the world around us. This is especially essential for ages 10-13 as they begin forming their identities and navigating significant psychological and physiological changes.
This engaging class guides participants through mindfulness exercises, a short guided meditation and a creative drawing element, to help them ground what they learn and to create positive intentions for empowerment, self-acceptance and balance.

*Meditation & Mindfulness for Empowerment: age 13-15 years*

Teenage years can be tough with looming exams, peer pressures and focus on self-identity. With deep inner changes taking place and a need to ‘fit in’, it can feel overwhelming.

This engaging and interactive class is designed specifically for teens aged 13 to 15, offering essential tools to help manage stress, enhance focus, cultivate self-awareness and deepen their sense of self. It shares mindfulness tools, guided meditation, creative self-reflection and meaningful discussion. This supportive class will help them navigate these challenging years and offer them tools to feel more peace, self-acceptance and self-empowerment.
