Supriya Sen is a former banker with extensive investment experience, having served as a director at GE Capital, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and Citibank. Currently, she is a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group.

As an experienced board leader, Ms. Sen has contributed to several publicly listed and private companies in Asia and the Middle East, making a significant impact on projects in innovation, climate and infrastructure finance, strategy, and sustainability over the past three decades.

Supriya provides expertise in governance and adapts business models to meet the ongoing demands of digital transformation, sustainability, and technological advancements, including generative AI.

With a strong foundation in investing and infrastructure finance, her current interests are in integrating the benefits of gen-Ai and data science into practical decision-making and risk management frameworks. This enables her to guide boards in managing energy transitions, building robust digital infrastructure, and addressing evolving stakeholder risks with confidence and foresight.

She is deeply committed to empowering and mentoring women, actively supporting female professionals as they grow into leadership positions.
