Victoria Wisniewski Otero

Founder & CEO Resolve Foundation

Victoria Wisniewski Otero founded Resolve Foundation in 2017 to provide an intersectional, supportive, and enabling platform to foster leadership for social inclusion. Resolve’s vision is for a Hong Kong where everyone belongs and upholds inclusion. Victoria has fifteen years of social impact experience. She was formerly the Advocacy and Campaigns Manager at Justice Centre Hong Kong, Researcher at the Centre for Economic and Social Rights (CESR) in Madrid, and UN-HABITAT in Kuwait. 

In 2020, Victoria became part of Voice for Social Good, an NGO Taskforce of Women Leaders in response to COVID-19. She has sat on the Membership Advisory Group under CIVICUS’ Solidarity Fund as well as the Public Interest Law Network Law for Change Student Competition. Victoria was an honouree in 2020 for the AmCham Women of Influence Award, and in 2018, she made it on the Tatler Gen T List. She was also an Asia Society Asia 21 Fellow under the 2024 cohort. She is a proud mother to four kids under four, living in a peaceful rural village.
