ELIGIBILITY:
In order to be considered eligible, all entries must adhere to the Terms and Conditions.
Entries should only focus on achievements during the designated eligibility period (Jan 2025 – Dec 2025). Any written entries that fail to solely address this period will be disqualified.
Entries must be honest and based on factual information when applicable.
Entries must be original and owned by the Entrant. The use of any entry materials should not require permissions or approvals from third parties, as stated in the Awards Entry Page.
We retain the right to reject any entries or revoke any Awards that do not comply with the specified requirements. The Entrant will still be accountable for any fees paid, and no refunds will be issued in the event of a revocation.
PROCESS:
Step 1: Submission of Nomination Form by applicants by 10th May 2026.
Step 2: Social media collaterals and press release documents will be shared with the nominated applicants. PR & Social media promotions will also be done by Global Influencers Publishing House and other related agencies.
Step 3: Judges will evaluate all applications based on merit. Selected applicants will be informed by the organisers by 30th June 2026.
Step 4: Selected applicants will be given two weeks to accept the award. Admin fee is payable upon acceptance. Pl see details below on fees structure.
Step 5: Further details for the awards will be shared with the winners (as applicable).
ADMIN FEES:
Nominations for the award do not require an entry fee.
Upon Acceptance of the Award, the Entrants will be responsible for payment of the relevant package fees to cover the administration costs of the deliverable (as stated below):

ENTRY SUBMISSION:
The submission must accurately address and answer the criteria outlined in the entry template. Judges have the authority to reassign, assign a lower score, or disqualify an entry if it does not align with the requirements.
You may be required by the judges to present more information. If this is not furnished within the timeframe provided, the judges have the authority to assign a lower score or disqualify an entry.
To ensure the security of your sensitive and confidential information, we kindly request that you refrain from including any such details in your form. The entries will have all details made visible to the judges during the judging stage.
Avoid including any irrelevant information or using it as a platform for promoting or marketing your company’s credentials.
FORMAT:
Formats and file sizes of the entry submission paper, images, and supporting materials must be strictly adhered to. The Entrant is responsible for ensuring all formats are to be followed strictly as per the guidelines. Failing to do so might result in the entry being scored low by the judges and may result in disqualification.
CREDITS:
All information provided in the credits section (i.e. Name, Designation, Company, etc) must be precise on the entry form. These credits will be utilized for awards presentations, trophies, and all other awards-related materials, and will be published accordingly. It is important to note that once submitted, these credits cannot be modified.
If a request for changes is submitted before the event is finished, it will be evaluated by the Organiser. If approved, a fee will be charged for the modifications. Once the event is completed, no changes to trophy credits will be permitted.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Unless labelled as ‘Confidential,’ your entry and any accompanying documentation will not be treated as confidential information. If there are specific parts of the written entry paper or supporting documents that require confidentiality, please clearly highlight those sections in red and check the designated box on the online form.
The Organiser retains the right to publish information regarding the entries in any relevant publications and materials.
The Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer may need to disclose any Confidential Information contained in the entry in order to comply with relevant laws, governmental regulations, or required by the laws of Singapore.
LANGUAGE:
When submitting your entry, please ensure that the online entry form and written submission paper are in English. All other supporting materials or video submissions should also be in the English Language. Failure to do so may result in a rejection during the judging process.
DEADLINES:
Entrants are required to submit their entries by the designated entry deadlines, to ensure ample time for processing and addressing any potential issues prior to the entries being advanced for preliminary judging. Failure to comply with the deadline may lead to disqualification.
ENTRY CHANGES:
After an entry has been submitted on the entry platform, it is not possible to make any changes to the credits or any details provided in the written submission, summary, supporting material, images, or video. If any changes are requested, they will undergo a review process and require prior approval from the Organizer.
JUDGING:
The judges are responsible for determining which entries are deserving of being shortlisted or winning the award. All evaluations of entries are solely based on the information provided in your submission.
The decisions made by the judges are final, and neither the Organiser nor the judging panel will engage in any correspondence regarding these decisions.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND:
If an Entrant wishes to withdraw an entry, the Entrant must notify the Organiser by email to shikha@globalinfluencers.sg within two weeks of receiving the Acceptance letter. However, upon payment of fees, no refunds will be made.
DISPUTES:
In case of a complaint against any winning or shortlisted entry, the Organizer maintains the authority to withdraw the entry if it violates the regulations. To thoroughly investigate each case, the Organizer will request comprehensive documentation from all involved parties, including the complainant, the entrants, and the client.
It is the sole responsibility of the Entrant to address the matter and provide necessary information and documentation. If the complaint is upheld, the Organizer will not hesitate to revoke the award.
LIABILITY:
The Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Global Influencers & Kit Kat Events & Marketing from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) and damages arising out of or resulting from the Entrant’s breach of any representation or warranty contained in the Terms and Conditions.
(i) You are not allowed to exclude or restrict your liability, including any damages to goodwill and reputation, under these Terms and Conditions.
(ii) We will not be held liable to you, whether in contract, negligence, statutory duty, or any other legal basis, for consequential, indirect, or special damages (including loss of profit and revenue).
(iii) Except for the clauses mentioned above, our overall liability to you under these Terms and Conditions (regardless of the legal basis) shall not exceed the above-mentioned package fees that you have paid to us for the relevant Award selection.
PUBLISH:
The Organiser retains the discretion to publish all entries, either in their entirety or in part, as case studies or for promotional purposes. It is the responsibility of the Entrants to identify any confidential or sensitive information. For additional guidance, please refer to the Confidentiality Section.
